Working collaboratively with Global stakeholders, you will be instrumental in shaping our future by overseeing key projects, identifying growth opportunities, analysing market trends and ensuring our solutions and products meet our customer's needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a true leader with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to execute long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and managing global and regional growth strategies to achieve 2030 targets.
• Collaborating with regional and functional stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and manage key initiatives.
• Identifying M&A opportunities and steering projects with the M&A team and regional teams.
• Building and managing strategic partnerships with technology and service providers.
• Driving analysis of global product performance to inform strategy development and continuous improvement.
• Leading a team of strategy and product development experts while fostering an inclusive and high-performance work environment.
• Monitoring market trends and customer needs to enhance the R&C solution portfolio.
• Directing the development and testing of future solutions to validate market acceptance and business cases.
• Defining standards for R&C solutions and ensuring adherence across the organization.
• Benchmarking and embedding world-class practices in product management and development.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to create and execute long-term growth strategies and initiatives.
• Product development experience.
• Strong project management capabilities, managing multiple projects across regions and functions.
• Expertise in change management and operational efficiencies, with a keen understanding of customer market trends.
• Supply Chain industry experience.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to collaborate with Global stakeholders at all levels.
• Merger and acquisition experience (desirable).
• Cross divisional experience (desirable).
