Manager, Operations
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer relationships to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved.
- Manage all contract financials (budgets, P&L, revenue streams, costs, etc).
- Manage and lead the operational teams. Assess and develop (where appropriate) team members in skill development and career management.
- Manage all warehouses HR, OH&S and team member welfare issues.
- Appropriately manage all warehouse human and equipment resource requirements.
- Develop customer relationship to assist in the achievement of additional revenue.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to including warehouse / product security.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehousing & 3PL operations
- Knowledge in Logistics Operations and Warehousing
- Intermediate PC skills, SAP is an added advantage
