Manager, Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer relationships to ensure customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved.
• Manage all contract financials (budgets, P&L, revenue streams, costs, etc).
• Manage and lead the operational teams. Assess and develop (where appropriate) team members in skill development and career management.
• Manage all warehouses HR, OH&S and team member welfare issues.
• Appropriately manage all warehouse human and equipment resource requirements.
• Develop customer relationship to assist in the achievement of additional revenue.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to including warehouse / product security.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Warehousing & 3PL operations
• Knowledge in Logistics Operations and Warehousing
• Intermediate PC skills, SAP is an added advantage
