IT Consultant (Payroll/Finance Interfaces) with German

Your tasks:
- As an IT Consultant within the Payroll department, you are responsible for the smooth running of payroll accounting, payments and all related measures.
- You plan, manage and implement IT consulting tasks and payroll process changes in our HR IT systems (SAP, ORACLE, ...) holistically from the idea to go-live.
- This includes the sub-steps of design, partial development of technical customizing specifications, solution finding with in-house IT and independent customizing.
- You continuously analyze and design process flows and workflows.
- You work cross-functionally with HR/Finance, internal departments within Finance and HR Services Germany, as well as business partners in all divisions of DHL Group.
- You will also take on initial IT project management tasks and actively support the introduction of the software at the business partner.
What you bring to the table:
- Fluent German and English
- Good understanding of Payroll and Finance processes
- Previous experience on similar role would be great
- Conceptual strength as well as analytical thinking
- Technical affinity and project management
