Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL Group working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.

Job Purpose:
DHL is seeking to recruit a Payroll Analyst to join our HR Services team. The role entails responsibility for the processing and management of all activities related to the calculation and payment of payroll. This includes ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payments, compliance with tax and labor regulations, and resolution of any payroll-related discrepancies.
Your Tasks:
* Prepare, analyze, and process payroll.
* Input employee data into the payroll system.
* Conduct regular payroll audits to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
* Provide responses to employee queries and address any concerns they may have.
* Prepare and present payroll and accounting reports in accordance with company standards.
* Ensure that you are fully up to date with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
* Work closely with the Human Resources and Finance departments.
* Implement payroll system.
* Oversee process improvements.
Your Profile:
* Higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and audits.
* Knowledge of payroll systems in LATAM countries.
* Familiar with payroll software.
* Experience with payroll for over 1,000 employees.
* Intermediate level of English.
* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
