SOLUTION DESIGN

Vores Solutions Design-team er afgørende for at fastholde eksisterende kunder og vinde nye kunder ved at levere brancheførende løsninger i hele vores Supply Chain. HR fungerer som den strategiske partner for virksomheden og yder support inden for områderne for medarbejderudvikling, talenterhvervelse, talentstyring, kompensation, medarbejderrelationer og -engagement samt HR-systemer og -processer. Som et team arbejder vi på at etablere standardisering, optimering og effektivitet på tværs af alle lande, så vi kan levere HR-tjenester i verdensklasse.
If you are interested in this area, you should be a strong communicator, a skillful negotiator and a confident individual. Additionally, you possess strong analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented abilities. In general, we are looking for candidates with a focus on Business Administration, HR management and / or Psychology.

Our Business Development teams play a crucial role when it comes to generating revenue and profit for the company. Be it building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers or developing new markets and creating new leads, we never underestimate their skills and contribution.
If you are interested in this area, you will likely come from a logistics/supply chain background and you are a driven, outgoing and a highly self-motivated individual. You have good verbal and written communication skills and enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.
