What are the key responsibilities? 

• Lead and manage SOC and compliance audit programs from planning to execution.
• Develop and enhance audit offerings to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• You will become our company’s face towards customers
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders on board level.
• Ensure compliance with standards and effective risk management.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and collaborate with Operations and IT teams.
• Cooperating on a global scale, currently engaging with teams in the US, Brazil, and the UKI, with plans to expand into EMEA and beyond.
• Taking ownership of an exciting program that boasts an impressive track record of results and significant achievements.

What are we looking for from you?

• Robust experience in program management area
• Experience in a System and Organization Controls (SOC) is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
• Excellent presentation skills towards senior board management
• Excellent analytical, project management and negotiating skills
• Strong communication in English and influencing skills to enable the achievement of mutual goals
• Experience from the following industries would be beneficial: sanctions, finance, compliance, audit, sales consulting
