Automation Designer

The purpose of this role is to drive the digital transformation of business processes by designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop automation solutions & workflows using mainly MS Power Platform, but also UiPath and various BPM tools
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and recommend improvements
• Provide training and support to end-users on implemented automation solutions
• Occasionally travel to various parts of Europe (or further) as required for project deployments, meetings, and training sessions

Your profile:

• 3 - 5 years proven experience as a Developer or similar role with hands-on experience in MS Power Platform is a must (Power Apps, Power Automate…) as well as a strong understanding of automation and process improvement methodologies 
• Strong understanding of automation and process improvement methodologies
• Advanced English Language skills
• Customer oriented personality
• Team player
