Location – Columbus, USA (remote with 25-50% business travel within region)
The DHL Fulfillment Network (DFN) is a strategic initiative aimed at optimising global logistics operations by standardising processes across sites, countries, and regions. Our ambition is to build the largest global fulfillment network truly based on one global standard, allowing our customers to use our smart, on-demand fulfillment service across all regions.
As a Project Delivery Manager you will be instrumental in driving customer implementations, site enablements, and ensuring our FN customers and warehouses succeed across Europe and beyond. Alongside IT and Operations team members, you will ensure timely, quality implementations and success by utilising your project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the success of the DHL Fulfilment Network customers and warehouses by steering project tasks such as IT integration and process alignments.
- Acting as a consultant to customers and warehouses on our FN operational and IT processes, ensuring that warehouses work according to FN standards and tools during preparation and implementation.
- Maintaining close alignment with Product Management on needed product improvements, always keeping the longevity and sustainability of the delivered solutions as a guiding principle in operations.
- Furthering the efficiency and functionality of our operations.
- Helping customers navigate from contract signature to go-live by performing UATs in Warehouse Management System, handling issues in hyper care, and overseeing Golden Transactions and implementation quality through cross-checks.
- Training Client Success Managers and Customer Service agents on specific customer processes, leading our customer's resources to contribute to a successful go-live.
- Escalating within the customer organization if go-live date is at risk due to missing customer input, ensuring the smooth and timely operation of our services.
- Handling site enablements and customer implementations.
- Implementing change requests on a small scale, contributing to continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Fulfillment & Last Mile Operations
- Previous experience or affinity in IT (i.e. Warehouse Management experience)
- Process management, project management and logical problem-solving experience
- Great communication skills and customer facing experience
- Facilitation and influencing skills at all levels
- A process-oriented mindset with a consultative and collaborative approach
- A proven track record of working in a highly complex global, regional, and local matrix environment
- Ability to manage own and outsourced work in an organized and methodical way, maintaining accurate records and reporting progress
- Willingness to travel regionally as required by implementation projects
