We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SAP FICO DevOps Engineer to join our Global SAP Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional support for the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Your primary focus will be on resolving issues, providing expert advice, and ensuring optimal system performance for users across the globe. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic, global team and contribute to the ongoing success and enhancement of SAP financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management & Support:
  Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO users, addressing incidents, system issues, and user queries related to the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. Ensure that SLAs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. 

• Configuration & System Monitoring:
  Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP FICO modules. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure continuous, smooth operation of financial processes across the global organization. 

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
  Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues within the SAP FICO landscape, including integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS). Perform root cause analysis and recommend/implement solutions to prevent recurrence. 

• User Training & Guidance:
  Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users and stakeholders on SAP FICO functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Develop user documentation and knowledge-sharing materials to empower users.

As a SAP DevOps Engineer, having an advantage knowledge of SAP FI/CO is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of S4HANA and FIORI will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a SAP aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of SAP FICO business processes and  integration technologies, e.g. ALE or WS. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
