OPERATIONS

As the world's leading contract logistics provider, we offer our clients high-quality and customised supply chain solutions based on standardised modular components including warehousing, transport and value-added services. Planning, sourcing, production, packaging, repairs and returns are core services in contract logistics. The supply chain industry is benefiting greatly from technological advances, which provide visibility, efficient logistics operations as well as predictive analytics for standardised warehouse management and transport solutions – the foundation for an integrated supply chain.
If you are interested in this area, you will likely come from a logistics/supply chain background with a keen interest to drive productivity and challenge the status quo. You are pro-active and enjoy developing solutions for our customers’ challenges. You work hard but are also a great team player and working alongside people from different backgrounds is part of your DNA.

SOLUTION DESIGN

Our Solutions Design team is critical in retaining existing customers and winning new customers by providing industry leading solutions along the entire supply chain. The key roles of Solutions Design are to design the complete solution for the new business pursuit, enhance performance of existing operations to improve value to DSC and customer and to provide advisory / consulting services to our customers.
If you are interested in this area, you should be able to define and develop effective commercial solutions. You should be data driven, interested in developing warehousing processes as well as layouts and excited about promoting innovation to existing and new customers.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Human Resources serves as the strategic partner for the business and provides support in the areas of people development, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations & engagement and HR systems & processes. As a team, we are working towards establishing standardization, optimization and effectiveness across all countries to provide world-class HR services.
If you are interested in this area, you should be a strong communicator, a skillful negotiator and a confident individual. Additionally, you possess strong analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented abilities. In general, we are looking for candidates with a focus on Business Administration, HR management and / or Psychology.

IT

IT is more than just about systems, servers and making sure that each and every one of us has the bits, bytes and bobs needed for our jobs. We connect different parts of our organization with one another and to customers, and translate business needs into solutions across the region. Beyond IT solutions, customers can tap into our IT expertise for innovation which can give them the edge to stay ahead in their industries.
We have made strides in various technological trends such as Internet of Things, Automation, Big Data and Cloud Computing. For example, we have developed cloud-based warehouse management solutions, enabling warehouse management systems to be set up in just hours instead of weeks, a first for our industry

Our Business Development teams play a crucial role when it comes to generating revenue and profit for the company. Be it building and maintaining relationships with our existing customers or developing new markets and creating new leads, we never underestimate their skills and contribution.
If you are interested in this area, you will likely come from a logistics/supply chain background and you are a driven, outgoing and a highly self-motivated individual. You have good verbal and written communication skills and enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.

Online application
Once you’ve found a role you’re interested in, simply click ‘Apply’ and fill in your online application. In most cases, you can use your LinkedIn profile to complete the various fields. You'll also be able to upload any relevant documents, such as your CV and letters of recommendation.

Telephone interview

If your application fits well with the requirements of the role, we’ll arrange a telephone interview with a member of our team. This will allow us to further assess your abilities and gain a better sense of who you are.
Personal interview
If all goes well during the telephone interview, we’ll invite you to a personal interview – face-to-face if possible, or on a video call. Here, you'll have the chance to talk in more depth about your skills and experience, and show us your personality.

Assessment center

Depending on the position, we may then invite you to an assessment center. Each one is different, but expect various practical challenges and team exercises. You’ll also have the chance to meet fellow applicants and senior leaders from our business.
Onboarding
If we offer you the job (and you accept, of course!), the final stage is onboarding. We'll ask you to fill in and sign a few documents, including your contract, then send you any additional information to help you prepare for your first day.
