We are looking for a Digital Workspace Support Engineerbased in Diegem, Belgium.
As a Digital Workspace Support Engineer, you will provide onsite IT support for end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, and mobile phones at the European Head Office of DHL Express in Diegem.
You will undergo comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with our products, services, and common support issues. Once trained, you will put your knowledge into action, working with an experienced colleague to master both technical troubleshooting and our organizational processes. Your insights and experience will contribute to process optimization and automation wherever possible.
As part of the Global Aviation IT (GAIT) organization, you will join a team where Customer Centricity drives everything we do. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible personality with a positive mindset to thrive in this exciting role.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Be a (junior) professional with enthusiasm to deliver IT support.
- Be a native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills (both written and spoken).
- Be extremely well-organized, action-oriented, and a great listener.
- Have the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication skills.
- Continuously develop yourself and remain open to innovation.
- Be inspired by successful projects and growth, while valuing a high degree of collegiality.
- Be proactive, responsible, and unafraid of challenges.
- Possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Be solution- and customer-oriented, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Have the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
You Have At Least
- A completed Bachelor in IT or equivalent through experience.
- Proven experience within the IT sector (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of enterprise service desk tooling (e.g., ServiceNow).
- A drive to resolve issues and deliver high performance.
- A "Can Do Spirit" and professional strength in your actions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Full-time availability.
