As a part of the SPCS Cloud Security and Compliance and Resiliency  team, support the Posture management and workload protection to DHL public cloud (Azure, GCP, OCI, AWS and etc)  workloads using various tools and you will support our engineering teams and different stakeholders. Your responsibility is to identify noncompliance security issues and and work with stakeholders to address them as per requirements. Additionally, as the threat landscaping is changing defining and implementing new controls are required at all time.

• Cloud Security Expertise: Extensive experience in securing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), with strong knowledge of cloud-native security services, Identity and Access Management (IAM), network security, and encryption. The candidate must be familiar with securing both IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS deployments and applying security best practices in cloud architecture design.
• Risk Management, Compliance, and Threat Profiling: Deep understanding of security risk assessments, regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR), and cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST). The candidate should be skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks specific to cloud environments. This includes conducting threat modeling and profiling to anticipate potential attack vectors and vulnerabilities while ensuring the organization adheres to industry regulations and standards.
• Automation and DevSecOps Integration: Proficient in embedding security into the DevOps pipeline by leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD tools. The candidate should have experience with automation tools for security monitoring, threat detection, and vulnerability management, ensuring security is integrated into every phase of the development lifecycle.
• Architectural Design, Security Governance, and Continuous Monitoring: Strong capability in designing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures. The candidate should demonstrate experience in defining security governance, policies, and controls for cloud environments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security posture. Additionally, experience with continuous monitoring of cloud environments for emerging threats, real-time risk mitigation, and rapid response to incidents is crucial.
• Having Microsoft Azure, GCP certificates would be highly recommended.

As a Principal Information Security Engineer, having Cloud Security Posture Management and Vulnerability management solutions are a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Cloud security (Azure, GCP, OCI) & Posture management and alerts reporting. will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of of different scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, and other CLIs are very benefitial. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
