QC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Product Quality Control:
  • Plan and oversee the inspection of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure product quality meets required specifications.
• Quality Issue Resolution:
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues arising during the production process.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address issues and improve product quality.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, analysis, and equipment calibration records.
  • Ensure all data complies with quality management system requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
• Process and Standard Improvement:
  • Suggest and implement improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and minimize quality issues.
  • Review and update quality standards and requirements in line with organizational policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of quality standards such as ISO, HACCP, GMP.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, both internal and external.
