TRAINEE FINANCE INTERNATIONAL IN ESG REPORTING & CONTROLLING (M/F/X)

Our Finance organization assumes key Finance responsibilities as a cross-sectional area of DHL Group. The Corporate Finance Departments hold key governing and global Finance responsibilities for the Group. The Divisional Finance organizations are dedicated to their respective division and manage the entire scope of Finance responsibilities.
We in ESG Reporting and Controlling are responsible for the measurement and reporting of DHL Group's progress toward the group's ESG ambitions and regulatory requirements. This includes the measurement of environmental, social and governance related data as well as the reporting of the same to internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks

• ESG Reporting & Analyses
• Analysis of non-financial impacts, risks and opportunities in ESG due diligence processes
• Process management, e.g. in Carbon Accounting

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor graduation before October 1st, 2025 in Economy, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Informatics, Mathematics
• Internships and/or first experiences (up to 3 years) in Accounting or Controlling; international experiences
• Fluent English skills
• Communicative team player
• High level of solution-orientation; thinking outside the box
• self-motivated and working self-responsibly
