Position: Global Quality & Regulatory Assurance Manager
Contract Type: Full time- Permanent

Location: EMEA/ UKI

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Quality & Regulatory Assurance Manager to drive compliance with quality and regulatory standards across DHL Supply Chain globally. This role is pivotal in deploying customer, regulatory, and industry requirements within the organization, ensuring oversight of compliance, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality and regulatory assurance topics. The successful candidate will support our global team to deliver on the strategic Quality & Regulatory focus areas, support customer-growth agenda, and lead the maintenance and improvement of quality management system activities in alignment with applicable standards and regulated requirements.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Drive quality compliance by creating, maintaining, and implementing quality standards across DHL Supply Chain globally.
  • Represent customer projects throughout all stages, particularly in the 4PL and Transport sectors.
  • Elaborate and review customer documentation, including Quality Agreements, SOPs, WIs, and presentations for new business opportunities and project updates.
  • Assist global quality senior leaders in delivering on the Quality and Regulatory agenda.
  • Lead updates and continuous improvements for the global Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage audit activities by developing and maintaining audit programs, conducting internal and supplier audits, and organizing customer/regulatory audits as needed.

What We Are Looking for From You:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality and Regulatory Assurance functions, ideally within the Life Sciences or Pharma industry.
  • Proven ability to create SOPs, WIs, and training materials, along with experience in conducting and hosting audits.
  • Strong leadership, planning, organization, analysis, structuring, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence across cultural boundaries.
  • A University Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Qualified Lead Auditor experience (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GDP) and familiarity with Good Distribution Practices.
